I am a certified professional coach with over 20 years of corporate experience. I have performed in local, regional and global roles in many countries, including Australia, UK, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Indonesia, Bangladesh and Pakistan. I adapt well to people with various backgrounds.

I received my coaching certification from iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) incorporated in USA. iPEC is a fully accredited program by the International Coach Federation (ICF). The training means you’ll have expert-level guidance.

I am also certified as Results Coach by Authentic Education Australia (ICF accredited programme) and have a diploma in Positive Psychology from Australia. I have completed Post graduate diploma in Global Human Resource Management and have also completed courses on leadership and coaching from University of Oxford and Macquarie university.

One of my key strengths is connecting with people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to work with colleagues from over 100 countries. I have had the privilege to coach and mentor professionals from countries such as USA, UK, Brazil, Australia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, India, UAE, Pakistan, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Chile, Malasyia, Srilanka and many more.

I have worked as HR director in different markets, and I have also had the experience of directly reporting to Management board members at the group level. All these diverse experiences have made me confident yet humble and very open-minded.

I am married and have two lovely boys.

Throughout my life, I have had plenty of success and lots of learning. I have gone through ups and downs professionally and personally, but at the end, I have come out as a more grounded, confident and humble individual. I am still learning.

I work with professionals and help them to clarify their thought processes, align with their core energy and develop a clear, accountable action plan, which helps them to elevate to the next level both in their professional and personal life.

I spend a significant amount of time helping my client to understand what is holding them back to fulfil their next level potential and how they can live a fulfilled life by removing any blocks and focusing their energy on life enhancing activities.
